Ida (Beardall) Hardy

Our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother Ida Hardy passed peacefully away Sept 27, 2015. She was born to Alvin Romanzo and Sarah Leota Scott Beardall on Nov 18, 1926 in Springville, Utah. She was the 11th of 15 children. Attended schools in Springville and graduated from Springville High.

She was sealed to the love of her life Harold Rae Hardy on Mar 14, 1947, for time and eternity in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death May 3, 1965. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a visiting teacher and visiting teacher supervisor. Her love of crocheting and quilting has benefited many, with hundreds of quilts being given to primary children's hospital.

Ida is survived by 3 daughters: Linda Hardy, Ruth Nielsen, Joan (Brent) Kilcrease, 1 granddaughter, 3 grandsons, 13 great grandchildren with 1 on the way, 2 siblings, Melvin Beardall, Jeannette Jones. She was preceded in death by 2 grandsons.

Services will be Mon Oct 5, 2015 at 11 am at the Kolob Stake Center 1230 So 500 E Springville. Viewing Sun Oct 4 from 6-8 pm at Wheeler Mortuary 211 E 200 So Springville, and at the church 1 hour before the services.
