Jeremy Ferris, 40, of Harrisville, Utah, passed away, Tuesday, May 17, 2016. He was born June 8, 1975 in Provo, Utah to Marion L. Ferris and Diane Ratos.
He attended schools in Payson, Utah. His favorite things were fishing and spending time with friends and family.
Jeremy is survived by his parents, Diane Davis, Springville, Utah and Rennie Ferris, Provo, Utah; his sister, Camille (Chris) Rawlings, Herriman, Utah; brother, Trevor Ferris, Springville, Utah; fiancée, Alicia Anderson, Harrisville, Utah; daughter, Mary, Troy, Wisconsin; nieces: Autumn, Sage and Chloe Rawlings and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and brother, Shiloh Ferris.
The family would like to thank all the doctors and staff at Ogden Regional Medical Center.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the Mapleton City Park, 31 West Maple street, Mapleton, Utah at 3:00 p.m. Bring pot luck and memories to share if you would like to.
