Katie Arlene Lowe was born on June 9, 1946 in Vernal, UT. She passed away June 25, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her sister, brother, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S, Springville. Graveside services will follow at the Springville Evergreen Cemetery at 11 a.m.
