Kelly Ann Kinross

December 30, 1980 — May 21, 2016

Kelly Ann Kinross, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, died unexpectedly in her sleep on May 21, 2016.

Kelly came into this world with a big smile on her face. Born to Bill Kinross and Mitzy Stewart on December 30, 1980, in Provo, Utah, she was raised in Springville and Spanish Fork. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School and attended Stevens-Henagar College, where she earned her CNA and MA. She married Sterling Neil in February 2000 and they had three children. They later divorced. Kelly married Mark Trujillo in July 2014.

Kelly loved to talk about her children and how proud she was of who they were and what they accomplished. She had an amazing way of seeming to be in many places at once, from supporting and telling others about Baylee’s singing, music and art, to cheering for Mckenzee at softball, wrestling and hunting, to encouraging Ashton in his love of wrestling and baseball. She loved everyone’s kids, not just her own, and would babysit anyone’s child at a moments notice. She had such a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews and gave them as much time and attention — and as many presents!— as she could. Kelly loved family get-togethers, Christmas, UFC fights, and watching sports, and she brightened all these events with her contagious laughter. She loved shooting her gun and spending time outdoors.

Kelly is preceded in death by grandmother Jo Ann De Haas, grandfather and grandmother Kent and Jeanette Kinross and aunt Peggy Humes. She is survived by her three children, Baylee 16, McKenzee 14, and Ashton 12.  She is also survived by her husband Mark (and his family), mother and stepfather Mitzy and Russ Stewart, father Bill Kinross (Kathy), brother Corey Kinross (Camile), sister Amber Montero (Adam), step-brother Kody Stewart-Surridge (Alyssa) and special nieces Madelyn, Amelia, Haizynn, Ri’lann and Harper and sweet nephews Trapper and Pierce. She will also be missed by many other family members, friends and neighbors whose lives she touched. Kelly will truly be missed and never forgotten; until we meet again.

A public viewing will be held at Wheeler Mortuary 211 East 200 South in Springville, Utah, on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016, at the LDS Meeting House at 355 E. Center Street in Springville, Utah, on Friday at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing prior to the services starting at 10:00 AM.
