Lily Ruth Heath Stuart
December 14, 1928 — August 2, 2016
Lily Ruth Heath Stuart, returned to our Father in Heaven from cancer related complication on August 2, 2016.
She was born in Los Angeles, CA. to Orval and Lois Heath in December 1928.
She was well educated and loved painting, rock hounding, shooting and her family more than anything.
She was married to William Moore (deceased) and later in life she married Lloyd L. Stuart from Springville UT. (deceased).
She had 10 siblings, 7 children, 31 grandchildren, 68 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
She worked at Utah Valley Hospital, Provo UT. for 48 years. Everyone loved her. She worked until age 85 and loved it and all the employees.
The Viewing will be at Wheeler Mortuary on 211 E. 200 S., Springville, Utah from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at the LDS Church on 1230 S. 500 E., Springville UT. at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 5.
