RuthAnn Taylor Hofheins age 57 passed away peacefully on Friday December 29 2017 at her home in Springville Utah. She was born July 13 1960 in Chicago IL. Her Aunt Ruth and Uncle George adopted her when she was 10 months old. They came to Chicago and took her back to Tucson AZ with them.
She was a 1979 graduate of Flowing Wells High School. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when she was 20 years old and moved to Provo, Utah to attend school at Brigham Young University where she studied Accounting. She married her sweetheart Timothy Lloyd Hofheins in 2002 in the Provo Utah LDS Temple. She worked as a postal worker for the US Postal Service at the Day's Market in Provo along with other jobs, displaying a wonderful knack for helping people and conversation. RuthAnn survived some difficult early childhood experiences to find joy and happiness with her husband and her step children. She had a beloved dog named SenSen who she considered an integral part of her family along with other simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, spending time with her step children and enjoying NASCAR and playing fantasy football. RuthAnn had an uncanny ability to touch people in a deep and caring way.
She has 2 brothers, Robert Taylor and Victor Hoskin, a sister Patti Jo Houle, along with her step children and grandchildren.
