Sharon (Bird) Evans

October 13, 1946 — January 6, 2018

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Sharon Bird Evans, passed away Saturday January 6, 2018, after an extended battle with Heart and Lung disease.
Sharon was born October 13, 1946. She grew up in Springville living with her mother, Marion Bird, her Grandparents, Lucille and Dewey Bird, and her Uncle Marvin Bird (more like a big brother). Life was very good at her Grandparents, fresh milk from her own cow, Queenie, eggs from the chicken coop, and fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.
She went to school in Springville, going to classes with the same great group of kids, from kindergarten at Sage Creek Elementary thru the Springville High school.
Sharon married Kenneth Rowe after high school and they were blessed with 4 children, Kevin Rowe, Sherry(Mike)Holyoak, Kory(Roni)Rowe and Shelley Rowe. They separated and Sharon married Jim Keele, they had one son, Nicolas Keele. They also separated.
July 2,1998, Sharon married James P. Evans, they were sealed in the Provo LDS Temple July 30, 1999. With his 3 children, Jody(Brian)Zabriskie, Jeremy(Sami)Evans, and Jami(Glen)Jones, they created a blended family that currently has 23 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. They made their home in Salem, Utah, where great memories were made. Her family is her pride and joy, always finding great joy spending time with them.
Sharon was proceeded in death by her Grandparents, (Lucille and Dewey Bird), Mother, (Marion Bird), and eldest son, (Kevin Stephens Rowe)
Viewing will be held Friday January 12, 2018 from 6-8pm at Wheeler Mortuary 211 E 200 S Springville. Funeral services will be held Saturday January 13, 2018 at 11:00am in the Apple Blossom Chapel, 25 Apple Blossom Way, Salem Utah(25 E 650 S approximately). Viewing at the church 1 hour prior to services.
Interment will follow immediately thereafter at Evergreen Cemetery, West of Hwy 89 at 1997 S 400 E, Springville Utah
