Karen Evalyn Lee

March 14, 1952 — January 4, 2018

Karen Evalyn Lee, aged 64 of Springville, Utah passed away January 4, 2018. She was born to Ronald and Ann Parker Lee, March 14, 1952 in Lynwood, California.
Karen was a compassionate person, and was always willing to give whatever she could to whomever she could. She loved with all of her heart, which sometimes returned much heartache. Karen also battled with addictions and mental illness, but she valiantly fought her way through each. Her body was plagued with many problems, but through hard work and perseverance she continued to give and serve her friends, family, and loved ones to the best of her ability. She was proud to have been a registered dental assistant to doctors in her field in California, Colorado and Utah, and was most proud of her time spent working as the team dental assistant for the California Angels baseball team. Her free spirit and open heart endeared her to almost every person she met.
In August of 1991, she and her daughter Sarah moved to Utah where she joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and turned her life in a better direction. Later serving in various capacities within the church she found her testimony and that carried her through hard circumstances.  She will be missed by her family and friends, but we know that she was a woman worthy to enter God’s rest in spirit paradise.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Parker Lee, and her brother, Richard Dayton Lee. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Ann married to Garry Udell Webb; granddaughter Laurelin Grace married to Jordan Ottesen; granddaughters Montana Faith Webb, and Leia Bella Webb; great-grandson Benjamin Elias Ottesen; father, Ronald Ray Lee; sister, Rhonda Rae married to David Finney; brother, John Jay Lee married to Valerie; and 1st husband, Radney Scott McNabb; and 11 nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Karen Lee will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 6 pm in the Relief Society room of the Bonneville ward bldg located at 1498 East 800 South, Provo, Utah. Light refreshments will be served following. Please come and share memories, love and celebrate her life with us.
