Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Linda Lee Goodman, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday September 8th 2017 at the age of 79.

Linda was born on December 17th 1937 to Justin Andrew Anderson and Mary Elizabeth Williams in Long Beach California where she grew up and went to school. She married Harvey Lloyd Goodman when she was 21. Together, they raised their children in Southern California.

Linda was a stay at home mother for many years until going back to school to get her nursing degree. She worked as a nurse at Martin Luther Hospital in Anaheim California for over two decades with much of her service given in the oncology or critical care units. She was known as a compassionate caregiver who was beloved by her patients and fellow hospital workers. She also volunteered her services for years to help individuals struggling to overcome addictions.

Above all, Linda was known for her love of everyone she came in contact with. To know her was to love her and be loved by her. She cherished everyone and made everyone feel as if they were the most important person in the world because that is how she saw them.
