Abby Lynn Gardner, 58, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, September 28, 2025. She was born on August 28, 1967, in Provo, Utah, to Mike and Beverly Gabbitas. On November 7, 2015, Abby married the love of her life, Brad Gardner, and together they built a life filled with joy, laughter, and adventure.
Abby radiated joy in everything she did. She loved the outdoors and could often be found tending her gardens, nurturing her flowers, or watching the animals on her ranch. Some of her happiest moments were spent riding her ATV, “Gilette,” with Brad and their beloved dogs, Luna and Star, exploring mountain trails and discovering new places together.
More than anything, Abby loved her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who treasured every moment with her children and grandchildren. She had a gift for making others feel welcome, always planning parties, hosting dinners, and filling her home with warmth, stories, and laughter. To know Abby was to know someone who could brighten your day with a smile or a laugh.
Abby was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved her ward and community and served those around her with kindness and love.
Abby is survived by her husband, Brad Gardner of Fairview; her daughters, Bree Erickson of Spanish Fork, Utah, and Lilli Rowan of Lincoln, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Lyric Seegmiller, Hudson Erickson, and Jagger Erickson. Abby is also survived by her brother, Mike Gabbitas of Springville, Utah, and her sister, Kami Curtis of Spanish Fork, Utah. Abby was welcomed into heaven by her parents and her sister, Heather Tilton, who preceded her in death.
