Amber Dawn Namoki Carmelo, age 39, of West Valley City, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in the Springville Historic City Cemetery. There will be a viewing held at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville from 11:00 to 12:00 prior to the graveside.
