Barbara Mae Smith Perkins, loving mother and grandmother. Passed away on April 24, 2026.
She is survived by her son Eugene Perkins, daughter-in-law Amy Perkins and grandson Christian Perkins. Her brother Don Smith, 4 nieces; Gentry, Britney, Sara and Kim. Plus several other step nephews and nieces.
She is proceeded in death by her son Anthony Perkins, mother Betty Adams, father Donald Smith and several step brothers and step sisters and step father.
She was born January 9, 1950 and graduated from Spanish Fork High in 1968.
A Celebration of life will be held at 800 West 450 South, Payson, Utah on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. a small luncheon will follow.
