Gene Henry Dudley

Gene Henry Dudley, 72, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2015.  Gene was born on July 17, 1943 to Elmo and Florence Dudley in Payson, UT, and was raised and spent most of his life in Provo, UT before retiring in Fairview, UT in 2003.  As a young man in his 20s he began work at Geneva Steel, where he remained as a steel worker for the next 30 years of his life.  He met his beloved wife Roxanne Rausch in 1987, and on October 2, 1989 they were wed.  Gene had 6 children, including 4 stepchildren.

Gene enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  He also enjoyed golf and spending time in the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Roxanne; his children: Kody, Curtis (Nanette), Crystal (Tod), and Mandy; and 15 grandchildren.

We invite all to honor and celebrate Gene’s life with his family.  Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Wheeler mortuary, 211 E. 200 S. Springville, UT.  A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services at the Mortuary.  A private family interment will take place.
