1953-2019
Gregory Paul Crandall, 65, our loving husband, father, grandpa and great grandpa passed away peacefully May 19, 2019 in Springville, Utah. He was born to Lars Gregory and Marie Ferrin Crandall on October 2, 1953 in Provo, Utah. After losing both parents he grew closer to his sweet Uncle Donel Ferrin, who became like a father to Greg and his two sisters.
Greg married Michele Mecham and they were blessed with four children. Greg married the love of his life Connie R. Sudweeks. Greg was blessed with four additional children which created a beautifully blended family. They succeeded in making all feel loved and accepted. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Utah Temple.
Greg devoted many years providing for his family. He worked for Powder River, Geneva Steel, Provo Abstract and the majority of his working years for Metro National Title. He made many wonderful friends throughout his life.
Greg's love for the Lord and His gospel grew as he served in numerous capacities under remarkable leadership that helped to strengthen his faith and shape the rest of his life. He felt honored to have served as an Ordinance worker at the Provo Temple and as a Baptistry Coordinator at the Provo City Center Temple. He and Connie loved serving in the temples together. Greg was a very kind, loving and generous man.
He is survived by his wife, Connie. Children; Ted (Olga) Crandall of Springville, Utah. Michael (Janet) Crandall of Mapleton Utah. Amy (John) Carly of Springville, Utah. Mandy (Vincent) Mueller of Spanish Fork, Utah. Shawn (Tracie) Syme, of Salem, Utah. Justin Mower (Sheila Thompson), of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Kelly (Jill) Mower, of Spanish Fork, Utah.
