Jay Ronald Mortensen, age 78 of Springville, Utah, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
An evening viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 6-8 pm at Wheeler-Sundberg Funeral Home, 211 East 200 South Springville. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 28th at 11:00 am at the LDS Chapel located at 996 West Carter Street, Springville, with a viewing held that morning at the church from 9:30-10:30 am prior to the services. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery, 1997 South 400 East, Springville.
