Jay L Wing, age 87 passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024 in Provo, Utah. He was born in Mapleton, Utah, on March 10, 1937 to George R. Wing and Helen Louise Ostler Wing.
Jay attended school in Mapleton and Springville. In 1954, he was drafted into the Army and embarked on tours in Berlin, Germany, and Presidio, California. Jay served his country with honor and distinction before being honorably discharged.
Jay leaves behind his surviving family members: Richard D. Wing (brother), Lynn B. Wing (brother), and Betty Wing Ackenson (sister). He was preceded in death by: his parents; and Robert V. Wing (brother), Jack B. Wing (brother), Fred G. Wing (brother), Wayne Wing (brother), and Patrice Wing Bryson (sister).
At Jay's request, no services will be held, and in lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity.
