Jennifer Coombs Davidson, 49, of Elk Ridge, Utah, passed away on March 28, 2026, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born on January 15, 1977, in Provo, Utah, to Steven Coombs and Elizabeth Shepherd.
Jennifer lived a life centered on caring for others. She had a deep love for horses and found joy and peace in time spent around them. She dedicated over 20 years as a Registered Nurse in the operating room and later became a Nurse Practitioner, continuing her commitment to helping and healing others. Jennifer was selfless by nature, always putting others before herself. She was known for her humor, strength, and strong work ethic. She was always a hard worker and rarely complained, even through life’s challenges. She fought cancer with courage and resilience, continuing to bring light and laughter to those around her. She especially loved her grandchildren and was always up for anything that sounded fun.
Jennifer is survived by her father, Steven (Sydney) Coombs; her mother, Elizabeth Shepherd; her fiancé, Pat Collom; her sister, Jeanine (Blake) Price; her brothers, Clint (Brandy) Coombs, Craig Bobby (Crystal) Coombs, and Brent (Joey Robinson) Coombs; her children, Kyle (Haylie) Davidson, Alexis Davidson (Danny Heywood), and Jake Davidson; and her grandchildren, Lucy and Magnolia Davidson.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to her fiancé, Pat Collom, for the incredible care, love, and devotion he showed Jennifer throughout her illness. He took her to all appointments and cared for her daily, ensuring she felt supported, happy, and deeply loved.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S, Springville, Utah. A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday evening from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, and again on Saturday morning from 9:30–10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jennifer Davidson Memorial account at any America First Credit Union branch to support her children during this time.
We will miss her more than words can express.
