Joene Clark Olsen

Joene Olsen, 77, of Springville, passed away March 6th, 2024.

She was born December 20th, 1946 in Roosevelt Ut, to George and Mable Clark. She married Stanley Olsen November 12th, 1966 and had 5 children.

Joene was the youngest of 13 children. She worked at Deseret Industries for 26 years.  16 of those years she drove truck for the company, earning 16 years of safe driving certificates.

Joene loved to spend time with her family. Playing board games, going on trips and visiting family. To pass the time she liked to do puzzles, crosswords, and read her books.

Joene is survived by 5 children: Correnia Healey of Springville UT, Nova Thobe of Springville UT, James Olsen of Springville UT, Craig Olsen of Springville UT, and Shane Olsen of Langdon ND. She had 14 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren, Sister: Rava Giles. She was preceded in death by, Husband: Stanley R Olsen. Siblings: Ronald Clark, Glora Clark, Nova Trunbow, William Clark, Eldora Peterson, Lafonda Carrol, Georgetta Ivie, Ned Clark, Trent Clark, Ted Clark, and Judy Gardener.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 13th, 2024. A viewing will be held for family and friends at Wheeler Mortuary located at 211 East 200 South in Springville from 11:30 - 12:30 a.m.  After which the services and burial will be held at Springville Evergreen Cemetery located at 1997 S 400 E St, Springville.
