Joyce Ann (Hatfield) LeaMaster

Joyce passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026.

Born May 11, 1937, in Springville, Utah to Parents Lewis Woodrow Hatfield and Raynor Park Hatfield. She grew up in Springville graduating from Springville High and later attending BYU. Her sisters and brothers are Marjorie Davis, Connie Child, Dennis Hatfield, Ronald Hatfield and Laurie Crandall.

Joyce was employed for the State of Washington at the Department of Ecology for 19 years. She also held various positions in the LDS church being a teacher, cub scout leader and executive secretary.

She married Jesse D. LeaMaster in the Salt Lake Temple. They were married 56 years. She most loved being a wife and a mother.

She is survived by her children Brett (Fe) LeaMaster, Kristi (Doug) Oberbillig, Mark D. LeaMaster; sister Laurie Crandall and brothers Dennis Hatfield and Ronald Hatfield; and grandson Emerson J. LeaMaster. She was preceded in death by her parents Woodrow and Raynor, her beloved husband Jesse D. LeaMaster, sisters, Marjorie Davis and Connie Child.

Viewing for friends and family will be held on Wednesday February 11, 2026, at 6:30 pm at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville, Utah. A graveside service and internment will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10:00 am at Evergreen Cemetery, 1997 South 400 East, Springville, Utah.
