Michael was known by many and loved by all.
Michael is survived by his parents: Melissa Lynn Creviston and Bradley Shane Creviston; brothers, John, Brandon and Nikolas; sisters, Christina, Alyssa and Alycia (Chaz) Peterson; one niece, Briawni Peterson; grandmother, LaRae Wilson; aunt, Nicole Wilson; great grandmother, Arlene Emmons and numerous extended loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the LDS Church at 1785 E 400 S, Springville, UT. Viewings will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mapleton Wheeler Mortuary, 82 W 400 N, Mapleton, UT and Thursday one hour prior to the services at the church.

Michael Patrick Creviston, 19, returned to heaven Sunday, August 26, 2012. Michael was born March 19, 1993. He graduated in May of 2012 from Springville High School.
