Mona Rose Wallace

Mona Rose Wallace, 62, of Mapleton, Utah passed away March 17, 2018.  She was born March 22, 1955 in Gillett, AR to Dick and Florine Cook Wallace.

Mona loved the Arkansas Razorback. She continued to cheer for her Razorbacks even after moving to Utah.  Mona also loved to travel with family.  Her last adventure was a cruise Jamaica, Grand Cayman, & Cozumel, Mexico for her 60th birthday.   She enjoyed watching wrestling on T.V. For Mona, the wrestler’s and their fights were very real.  In her earlier years she loved dancing, Nascar, Michael Jackson, and Elvis Presley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jack Walton; sister, Kathleen Wallace Bisbee.

She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Ritter of Wexlaco, TX; Anita Trimble of Gillett, AR; Barbara Starks (Billy Ray), Karen Lee (Roy), and Lisa Weilacher (Jerry) all of Pine Bluff, AR.

A Memorial service will be held April 7th, 3 p.m. at the Gillett United Methodist Church, 3rd St, Gillett, AR.  Memorials may be made to the Gillett Cemetery, P.O. Box 124, Gillett, AR 72055
