Philip Michael Finnigan, age 68 of Springville, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010 after a long illness. He was born December 18, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to James and Eleanor Finnigan. He married Frances Visconti in 1970.
Philip is survived by his wife, Frances; one daughter, Lisa (Bill) Robinson; one grandson, Taylor; and one brother, Butch.
