Phillip Dalley Lynn, 81, of Springville, Utah, passed away, Friday, April 24, 2026. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, 55 North Main Street, Springville, Utah. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. before the services at the church. Burial will be held in the Lovell City Cemetery.
