Richard Dale Hemphill, age 80 of Springville, passed away Friday, August 7, 2009. He was born April 17, 1929 in Glendale, California to Frank Clyde Hemphill and Irene Garritson Hemphill. Richard was married to Tona Thorn Dyer.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park in Riverton, Utah.
