Richard John Lister

Richard John Lister, age 66 of Springville, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2007. He was born April 3, 1941 in Roosevelt, Utah to Carl and Irene Fullmer Lister. He married Vanita Rose Paxman in Evanston, Wyoming.
Richard loved the outdoors hunting and fishing. He enjoyed race car driving. He especially loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Vanita and children: Jay & Shauna Hatch of Spanish Fork, Victor & Penny Hatch of West Valley, Rick & Valyn Hatch of Kearns, Teresa & John Stewart of Spanish Fork, Frank & Shauna Hatch of Spanish Fork and Jerry Hatch of Spanish Fork. He is also survived by siblings: Norman & Emma Lister of Idaho, Della Harvey of Vernal, Iva & Gene Vernon of Sunnyside, Ann & Andy Bennet of Hayden, Jimmy and Fran Lister of Manila; 42 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Viewings will be held at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville Friday, June 15, 2007 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment and Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2007 in the Mount Emmons Cemetery in Altamont, Utah.
