Robert "Craig" Costello born June 25, 1940 to Sarah Merl and Robert "Red" Costello, passed away November 26th, 2017 at his home surrounded by his wife and 7 children.
Husband to Debbie for 47.5 years. Big brother to Michael and Patrick. Pop to Adrianna, Caleen, Matt, Luke, Molly, Maren and Elise. Also called Pop by 19 grandkids.
Veteran of the Army 101st Airborne Division. Missionary. BYU Grad, voted Most Preferred Man. Actor in church films and feature length movies. Small business owner. Humanist. Seeker of Truth. Outspoken and sarcastic (all to a fault, but people loved him anyway). Huge personality. Renowned sense of humor. Lover of Blues and Rock and Roll (wish y'all could have seen him dance to these tunes!) Cloudwatcher. Maker of good malts. Excellent work ethic ("task master" to his children, all of whom worked for him). Scoutmaster. Climber of 14,000 ft peaks. Three time hiker of the Grand Canyon. River-runner. Roadtripper. Marathoner. Celebration of life is Saturday December 2nd, 1 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary 211 E. 200 S. in Springville Utah. There will be no viewing prior to services.
