Ronald Perkins Leavitt, age 72 of Fairview, Utah, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011. He was born January 30, 1939 in Pioche, Nevada to Porter R. and Margaret Perkins Leavitt.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E. 200 S., Springville. There will be a viewing from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary prior to the services. Burial will following in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery from 3:30 to 4:30.
