Shallynn Marie Peay of American Fork was born Oct. 17th, 1979. Two weeks late, she always said she was holding out for Halloween, her favorite holiday.
She passed away May 25th, 2021. She worked at the Utah State Developmental Center for 20 years, taking care of mentally and physically handicapped people. She loved them all and couldn't imagine doing anything else. She always made sure each of her patients had a Christmas & Birthday presents, so they wouldn't feel left out. But most of all she let them know they were loved. Every year she gave to sub for Santa to help make sure no child went without a gift and always did gifts for the Giving Tree.
She leaves behind broken hearted parents, David and Merlene Peay. A brother, Aaron Peay and his son, her nephew, Tucker Conatser. Her grandma Deon Peay, many Aunts & Uncles, Cousins, and a few very good friends.
We hope she has been reunited with those who went before her. And her beloved dogs, Star and Chewbacca.
