Tamara “Tami” Jean (Pendley) Frandsen, 60, of Springville, Utah passed away September 7, 2023. She was born December 14, 1962, in Englewood, Colorado. Early in her life, she moved to Utah, and eventually made home in Provo, Utah. She married her sweetheart William “Bill” Frandsen, November 23, 1979. Together, they made a life in Springville, Utah with three kids, Cheltsy, Mitch, and Chase, along with many cats and three dogs throughout the years.
Tami’s most loved title was Grammy. She loved all of her grandkids more than anything, and told them often. She loved supporting them in their recitals and sporting events and cheering them on during performances, as well as talking books and playing games with them. Tami loved crafting, flowers, reading any and all books, and spending time with family and close friends. She had the biggest heart and was often quick to be found supporting others through their times of need. Tami had many health struggles and battled chronic illness over the years, which gave her great empathy and love for others who were struggling as well. She loved her time spent working with United Way and enjoyed the relationships she built with the individuals she was able to get to know while driving them to their various appointments.
Tami is survived by her husband of 43 years, Bill Frandsen, her three children Cheltsy (Bryce) Moore, Mitch (Kori) Frandsen, and Chase (Jacey) Frandsen, as well as eight of her grandchildren (Bailey, Kayden, Aubrey, Lily, Connor, Ty, Maverick, and Marshall), her mother, Rosemary Pendley, and her brothers Blaine (MaryAnn) Pendley, Kevin (Tara) Pendley, and Jesse Pendley. She was preceded in death by many loved ones, including her grandson, Brody, her father, Randy, her mother-in-law, Louise, and father-in-law, Richard.
