Billy/Ike was born in Provo Utah to Veda Merida Penrod and Charles Corey Williams. They had Keith, Vaunt, Naudean, Don, Lavarda, Billy (IKE) and Shela.  He was raised in Provo until 1954 when he and his wife Carol Dean White moved to their home in Springville Utah. They had four children Terry D Kirkpatrick, Billy D, Wendy L and Carl Wayne.  He married Emma Joann Hansen who was married to Duane Hansen who had Diane, Rick, Crag and Colette.

Billy was a wonderful brother, husband, father, and the best grandfather, great-grandfather and great great-grandfather.

He worked at US Steel for over 40 yrs. He also worked for versions companies during layoffs to provide for his family. He was a member of FOE for over 30 yrs. He loved dancing, playing pool, swimming, and people. He didn’t know a stranger; he would always say it was just a new friend he didn’t know yet.

He was an avid pool player and taught many people to enjoy and play the game. He could make you smile when they were looking sad and laugh when you felt like crying.

Your traditions and memories will live on forever, in our hearts and lives.

A viewing for family and friends and closing of the casket will be Friday, May 5, from 12:30 pm -1:30 pm at Wheeler Mortuary located at 211 East 200 South, Springville. A graveside service will be held from 2:00-3:00 pm at Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo.
