Obituary

Eric Richard Jacobsen, 45, of Springville, passed away Saturday, May 13th, 2023.  He was born in Provo, UT to Richard and Pauline Jacobsen.

He graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1996.  He married Tiffany Baker from Richfield, UT whom he later divorced.  They had two children together who were his greatest joy.  He adopted Tiffany’s daughter Alexa who he loved tremendously.

He is survived by his three children: Alexa (Tanner) Dunkley of St. George, Utah; Jaden Jacobsen of Spanish Fork, Utah; Kyler Jacobsen of Springville, Utah; his parents, Richard and Pauline Jacobsen of Spanish Fork, Utah; siblings: Brandy (Michael) Van Tassell of Tulsa, OK; Scott (Tiffaney) Jacobsen of Salem, UT; Chad Jacobsen of Spanish Fork, UT; Hannah (Tyler) Crandall of Mapleton, UT; his grandson, Gael Dunkley; 6 nieces and 4 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Janet Taylor and Albert and Billie Jacobsen.

 

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 11:00 am at the Spanish Fork Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork.
