Joe H Fullmer

Joe H Fullmer, 64, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.  He was born April 17, 1956 in Payson, Utah to William Woodrow and Nellie Humphries Fullmer.

He married Tammy LaNay Beane October 1, 1986 in the Salt Lake Temple.  They walked this life journey together for 34 years.  He is survived for a time by his loving wife, Tammy.

He has gone on to reunite with his parents, 3 sisters, Dawn, Jonene, Wilma and brother Bill.  What a joyous time!

Joe was able to serve a mission, and as a temple worker in the Provo Temple baptistry with Tammy.  He remained an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He loved music, reunions, family and yes, diet coke!  But especially Tammy!

His family wishes to thank the many people who have served, loved and cared for Joe for many years.  Your contribution to his health, happiness and day-to-day activities have made such an impact on both of their lives and have not gone unnoticed.

We love you and will miss you Uncle Joe.

A brief viewing and family prayer will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Wheeler Mortuary in Springville followed by graveside services at Evergreen Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
