Randle Roland King

August 21, 1933 — May 8, 2020

Randle Roland King passed away in his Mapleton Utah home May 8, 2020 surrounded by love ones. Randy was born August 21, 1933, in Levelland Texas. He loved his family and the gospel of Jesus Christ. He was completely committed to and faithfully loved and served both throughout his life. Randy fell forever in love with Wilda Arlene Penrod and recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. Randy is the father of six children: Leslie Collette, Janis Gibson, Tammy Jorgensen, Cliff King, Dowel King and Laurie Lewis, and has 25 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren. Randy proudly served his country as an Aviation Cadet 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force refueling B47 bombers as a navigator on the K-97 Air Tanker. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for his service. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 16th at 11 a.m. in the Provo City Cemetery under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary.
